Mr. Wilson serves as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors. Mr. Wilson has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for our business since April 2016 to drive marketing, technology, production and product management for our business prior to this offering, after previously serving as the Vice President of Product and Operations, Vice President of Product and Executive Director Social Gaming Products. From June 2012 to December 2013, Mr. Wilson was Senior Director of Social Products and Director of Social Gaming for WMS, which was acquired by Scientific Games (Known today as Light & Wonder, Inc.) in 2013, overseeing web development, analytics and road mapping while creating a business intelligence system and launching our social casino games Jackpot Party Casino and Goldfish Casino. Mr. Wilson served with Phantom EFX, LLC from March 2001 to June of 2012, when it was acquired by WMS, as the Director of Online Gaming and Engineering Supervisor.

Mr. Schurman is our Founder and Chief Gamer at SciPlay. He is the founder of Phantom EFX where he spent over 15 years as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Schurman led Phantom to become the #1 publisher of Family Entertainment games in North America as well as having early titles on the Apple App Store. The early success in mobile led to the acquisition of Phantom EFX by WMS and subsequently Scientific Games (Known today as Light & Wonder, Inc.) in 2012.
From June 2012 – March 2019 Mr. Schurman was the Managing Director of the Social unit. During this time, Mr. Schurman has been key in helping grow the division to over 400 passionate individuals and seven successful franchise apps.
Mr. Schurman has designed over 500 slots with many patents in the gaming space. He has designed over 50 individual game titles with an impressive rate of successes. Today, he continues to lead SciPlay’s design efforts captivating players through many aspects. ‘Shurm’ as colleagues often call him, is our rocket fuel behind our unmatched culture and self-authored leadership programs.
Mr. Schurman has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa.

Mr. Stowe, Chief Technology Officer, oversees all major technology decisions for the company, sets the technology road map and helps drive business decisions. Additionally, he partners with engineering directors globally across studios to define and enforce software development best practices. He also oversees the Dev Ops team that is responsible for operating and maintaining a high availability, highly scalable server infrastructure, which is the backbone of all social products. Mr. Stowe has been in the game industry for almost two decades. Prior to his role as CTO, he served in a variety of technical positions including client, server, and engine development, database management, dev ops, and math. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa.

Mr. Davison, Senior Vice President, Casino Division, oversees production operations of our worldwide development studios. In this role he takes a hands-on approach, working closely with all levels of product development to build cohesive teams and the highest quality games. His practice is to balance the creative passion of the development teams along with the needs of the consumer to ultimately align with the business goals of the company. Mr. Davison has been in the computer graphics and gaming industry for 22 years and more recently focused on the social gaming space for the last 8 years. He comes from a diverse background of companies such as EDS, Publicis Healthcare, Electronic Arts, and Zynga.

Mrs. Halperin serves as the Chief Revenue Officer, providing creative and strategic leadership in the development of new marketing tools and channels for SciPlay. Her marketing experience spans over two decades and she holds deep expertise in the competitive and dynamic nature of the gaming industry. Prior to joining Light & Wonder, Inc. (formerly known as Scientific Games Corporation) in 2015, Mrs. Halperin served at Playtika as Director of Marketing in charge of Playtika’s flagship game, Slotomania. Mrs. Halperin holds a B.A. in Psychology and Management and an M.B.A. in Marketing from The Interdisciplinary Center.

Mr. Thompson serves as the Chief Business Officer for SciPlay. He works closely with all levels of management along with the finance team to drive the company’s growth initiatives, business development, business, and financial targets. Mr. Thompson has 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, and he joined the SciPlay family through the WMS Industries acquisition of his company Phantom EFX in 2012. As President of Phantom EFX, Mr. Thompson built a first-class sales, manufacturing, and distribution system from start-up in 2000 to a leading casual games publisher. Mr. Thompson attended the University of Northern Iowa.

Mr. Moy serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and oversees the Business Development discipline at SciPlay.He brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategy and operations. In this role for SciPlay, Mr. Moy oversees our business development team and works with company and client leadership to identify new business opportunities, drive the strategic planning process and oversee corporate strategy. Born and raised in the Big Apple, Mr. Moy also attended college in New York City. He started his professional career in M&A investment banking and private equity before moving to the Bay Area in California to work in tech and gaming companies. Mr. Moy led business operations & strategy and operations finance for several large business units and properties at Yahoo! from 2004-2009. He then rediscovered his childhood passion for games while leading strategic partnerships & operations at Zynga from 2009-2012. He then went on to build and lead several different business, growth, international and studio & game operations at King from 2012-2019 where it became the #1 casual puzzle game company worldwide. Most recently, Mr. Moy comes to us from Playstudios where he was supporting them on business development & strategic partnerships, corporate development and M&A, advertising monetization, growth & user acquisition, publishing and product leader on a mobile social casino game.

Mr. Gustafson serves as our General Counsel. He has supported our business, as well as the online activities of Bally Gaming, Inc. and Shuffle Master, Inc., since 2012 as Deputy General Counsel – Social and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to 2012, Mr. Gustafson had a long career in the video game industry, beginning in early 2000 with Midway Games Inc., serving as Licensing counsel from 2000 – 2003, Senior Counsel from 2004 – 2006, and Director, Business Affairs from 2006 – 2009. Following his positions at Midway Games, He then joined Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment as Director, Business and Legal Affairs from 2009 until 2012. Before joining the video game industry, Mr. Gustafson served as an associate at Jenner and Block. He holds a JD from the John Marshall Law School and a B.S.M.E. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mrs. Dall has been with the social gaming division since January 2015, partnering with the senior executive team to implement company objectives through HR functions and strategic planning. She oversees a team of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Specialists who support the 650+ global social gaming employees on HR and Talent initiatives. Together they serve as internal business partners to managers and employees across the company, establishing strong relationships to drive positive employee relations and engagement all while fostering a culture of inclusiveness, passion and fun.
Prior to joining Light & Wonder, Inc. (formerly known as Scientific Games Corporation) in 2015, Mrs. Dall served as a HR and Recruitment consultant for Digital Brinq from 2012-2014. She also previously worked for Target Corporation in a variety of HR roles from 2006-2012. She holds a BA degree in Social Science from Upper Iowa University.

Mr. O’Quinn has served as Vice President, Finance at the Company since December 2022 and from March 2021 to August 2021. Mr. O’Quinn previously served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from August 2021 to December 2022. Prior to March 2021, Mr. O’Quinn was the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting and the Director of Accounting at the Company. Prior to joining the Company in August 2018, Mr. O’Quinn was the Controller of Extended Business Lines at Learfield, a collegiate sports media and technology company, from September 2014 to August 2018. Mr. O’Quinn also has experience serving with Commercial Metals Company and KPMG. Mr. O’Quinn is a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University.
